Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the second condition in para 6(b) imposed to petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.484 of 2021 datedm 19/02/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SATHISHKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. L.BASKARAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- [This matter has been heard through video conference] This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this court under sub clause (b) of para 6 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) before the learned Magistrate-I, Udumalpet to the credit of the case in Crime No.1721 of 2020 registered on the file of the respondent police.

2. By order dated 25.06.2021, while declining to modify the above said condition, extended time for the deposit of amount as directed by this court till 16.07.2021 and directed the matter to be listed to day for reporting compliance. 3. The leaned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after extension of time granted by this court, the petitioner has deposited the amount and furnished sureties as directed by this court and therefore, nothing survives in this miscellaneous petition for further adjudication.
