JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants as well as the respondent submitted that the dispute among the parties have been settled amicably out of Court. They have also filed a Memo of compromise dated 20.04.2023 before this Court.

2.All the parties along with their respective counsels in the second appeal are present before this Court today. They accepted the terms of the compromise and the compromise Memo dated 20.04.2023 is recorded. 3.The Second Appeal stands disposed of as per the terms of the Compromise entered into between the parties. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
