2. Learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor submitted that, in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29223 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025, the interest subsidy due as on June 2025, was disbursed in favour of the petitioner on 25.02.2026. It is further submitted that the subsequent period including the moratorium period is pending before the Central Government and the remaining amount will be paid after getting necessary approval from the Central Government.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
