CRIME NO.418/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report imposed by this Hon'ble Court in CrlOP.No.2045 of 2020 on 29.01.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VELLIDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2045 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, dated, 31.01.2020.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2045 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020 is modified to the effect that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
