In view of the order passed in W.P.No.42914 of 2025 dated 08.04.2026, this contempt petition is closed. However, subject to the final decision to be taken by the competent authority under the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, all further actions are to be continued in the manner known to law.
