ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful and disobedience to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38871 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that a third party has filed an appeal in the subject issue in W.A.No.796 of 2026 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an interim order of stay on 02.04.2026.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that no parallel proceedings are maintainable as it involves the same cause of action. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
