The writ petition in WP.No.33649 of 2013 is filed to issue a writ of declaration to declare that the circular bearing No.67, (C.No.52338/C1/2011) issued by the First Respondent /Inspector General of Registration dated 03.11.2011 is null and void, non est in Law as being unconstitutional, without authority of Law and ultra vires of the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Rules framed there under.

The writ petition in WP.No.33650 of 2013 is filed to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to impugned proceedings of the Second Respondent in under proceeding No.9550/Aa3/2013 dated 25.11.2013 based on the circular bearing No.67, dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) and quash the same as being in violation of the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
