ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.33671 of 2016, by order dated 26.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking payment of Death-cum-Retirement benefits of her husband viz., Earned Leave Encashment, Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, Family Benefit fund and Insurance Amount and to pass appropriate orders, on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 19.04.2018 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
