There is no representation for the revision petitioner continuously for two consecutive hearings.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter is called, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. From the record, this Court finds that though the revision petition was admitted on 18.03.2020 and the revision petitioner was permitted to take private notice to the 2nd respondent returnable by 01.04.2020, the revision petitioner has not taken steps to serve on the 2nd respondent, who is the successful complainant. 3.
This case relates to dishonour of cheque for Rs.20,00,000/-. After suffering conviction by the Trial Court and the same has been confirmed by the lower Appellate Court, the revision petitioner/accused has preferred the revision petition, but has not taken any steps to serve notice to the complainant. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is 2/4
dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
