JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4681 of 2022 IN CRL OP.25878 of 2021 PERIYASAMY [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, DISTRICT CRIME BRANCH, THIRUVALLUR DISTRICT (CRIME NO.31 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant relaxation of the condition that to report before the respondent Police on every day at 10.30 A.M until further orders in the order dated 04.01.2022 made in Crl OP No.25878 of 2021 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.25878 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily is modified to the effect that he shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
