This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.2561 of 2023 by order dated 14.02.2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is still pending and there is a proposal to transfer the case to the file of D5, Marina Police Station. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the present respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and in the event of the case being transferred to the file of D5, Marina Police Station, the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, D5 Marina Police Station, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
