J U D G M E N T
Memo dated 29.01.2021 has been filed on behalf of the appellant by the counsel stating that the first appellant died and the legal heirs of the first appellant are not interested in proceeding with the matter and accordingly instructed the counsel to withdraw and also requested this Court to send back the original documents in the suit to the trial Court to enable them to receive the original from the trial Court. Memo is hereby recorded. Second Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn and is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
