The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has succeeded in protracting the case and he would pray that a time frame may be fixed to the Family Court to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.116 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the same, permission is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this petition. In the result, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, a direction is issued to the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.116 of 2017 and to pass final orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
