This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 1 st respondent to consider the Renewal Application dated 14.12.2023, for renewal of Public Resort license for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 for conducting Indian Cultural Dance programmes in the premises of Hotel Platinum Stars at No. 100, G.P.Road, 2nd Floor, Anna Salai, Chennai-02.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
