ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 21.06.2016 for the issuance of patta in his favour in respect of the property situated at Karakatha Halli Village, Palacode Taluk Dharmapuri District, comprised in Survey No.605/2B measuring to an extent of 9000 Sq.ft. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation for issuance of patta as early as on 21.06.2016, the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders so far.
3. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on the representation for the issuance of patta, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 4th respondent. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
