ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondents herein, particularly the third respondent, to expedite the investigation and lay the charge sheet in Crime No.781 of 2020 before the concerned Court in time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.781 of 2020, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.781 of 2020, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to file the final report

before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
