This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking direction to withdraw the case relating to C.C.No.31 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II Tindivanam and to transfer the same before some other learned Judicial Magistrate in some other District.

2. It is seen from records that the petitioner's parents arranged his elder son's viz Ilangovan marriage with on e N.Rukkumani, 1st respondent herein on 06.09.2018. while the marriage process was going on, they came to know about the illicit relationship of the 1st respondent with someone else. Hence, the petitioner's brother left the house bearing a letter. Immediately petitioner's father lodged a complaint as ''man missing''. While so, the 1st respondent and her family member also lodged a false complaint as against the petitioner's family, which was registered as Crime No.11 of 2018. While enquiry is going on, the respondents along with rowdy elements harassing the petitioner and her family. Hence, a private complaint was lodged before the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate-II, Tindivanam and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.31 of 2019.

Even thereafter, the respondents are preventing the petitioner and her family members to enter into the Court premises. Hence, she filed to transfer the petition with the aforesaid prayer. 3.The grounds raised by the petitioner to transfer the case in C.C.No.31 of 2019 is not sufficient. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer sought for by the petition. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 4.However, If the petitioner faces any threat, she is at liberty to make a complaint as against that person before the Jurisdiction Police Station.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
