This writ petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking direction for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.9.2015 and dispose of the same within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the second respondent has filed a detailed counter affidavit wherein it is mentioned that the representation dated 29.09.2015, allegedly filed by the petitioner, had not even been received by the respondents 2 and 3. However, based on the copy of the representation received along with the Affidavit from the Government Advocate, a reply was sent to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent vide memo No.16823/SJA/2015, dated 30.04.2016, stating that his request for pay 2/4
anomaly is not acceptable in terms of G.O.No.25 Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department (FR.IV) Department, dated 23.03.2015.
3. Considering the above discussed facts, this Court is of the view that once the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and complied with some reply, no further orders is required to be passed in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, with the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
