O R D E R

The above Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4632/13/A6 dated 13.11.2015 in and by which the petitioner had been relieved from the service of the respondent and directed to handover charge to one Banumathi. This order has been stayed by orders of this Court dated 21.01.2006.

2. The petitioner was aged about 58 years at the time of institution of the Writ Petition and the Petition has been pending for the last 9 years and the petitioner has continued in service. Therefore, the impugned order works itself out since the petitioner has also 2/6

retired from service.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 13.11.2015 is set aside. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
