Mr.S.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the delay can be condoned but his only apprehension is that Rs.3,48,000/- is the maintenance amount due to be paid by the petitioner. Hence, seeks some conditional order to be passed.

2.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and petitioner is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of FCMC No.32 of 2020 on the file of Family Court, Vellore within a period of one week from today.

3.Post the matter on 04.03.2024 to produce the proof of deposit.
