Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the suspend the sentence of rigorous Imprisonment for 14 years for the offence under section 376 (i) of IPC and a fine of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) in default 2 years simple imprisonment to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 2 years for the offence under Section 451 of IPC and fine of 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in default 6 months simple imprisonment and to undergo simple imprisonment for 6 months for the offence under section 506 (ii) of IPC and fine of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) in default 2 month simple imprisonment imposed by its judgment dated 30.07.2018 by Hon'ble Mahila Court at Cuddalore in S.C.No. 26 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. V.SARATHA DEVI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
