A.No.2023 of 2021 in T.O.S.No.44 of 2013 is filed for impleading respondents 2 to 59 as respondents in T.O.S.No.44 of 2013. 2.It is seen from the note put up by Registry that Mr.G.Surya Narayanan filed Vakalat for R2, 18 and 20. Though R5, 6, 12, 13, 20, 27 to 31, 38, 43, 44, 47, 50, 52, 54, 55, 57 to 59 were served, nobody entered appearance for these respondents. Therefore, R5, 6, 12, 13, 20, 27 to 31, 38, 43, 44, 47, 50, 52, 54, 55, 57 to 59 are set ex-parte. Paper publication was effected for respondents, namely, 1.T.Shanthi, 2.B.Muthuvairam @ B.Pachaimuthu, 3.S.Latha, 4.V.Dhanakodi, 5.Y.Shanthi, 6.Gayathri. They had not entered appearance through any Advocate. Therefore, they are set ex-parte.

3.Mr.Vinod Sathya Lazar is appearing for R22. The learned counsel appearing for R2, 18 to 20 and 22 have no objection to allow this application.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and being satisfied with the reasons, this application is allowed. The learned counsel for plaintiff is directed to take steps for amending the plaint. Post on 10.11.2022.
