This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to clarify the order of this Court in W.P.No.18135 of 2019 dated 07.11.2019 insofar as paragraph Nos.5 and 6 are concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-Periyar University.

3. The Paragraph Nos.5 and 6 are clarified as follows : "5. Mr.P.Godson Swaminath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that as against the order of compulsory retirement of the petitioner, she had filed an appeal before the first respondent. However, instead of appeal, if the petitioner files a review application before the Syndicate, the same will be considered by the Syndicate and appropriate order will be passed. 6. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to file a review application before the respondents 1 and 2 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such review application is filed, the respondents 1 and 2 shall place the same before the Syndicate, enabling the Syndicate to pass appropriate orders, since the Syndicate is not a party in this writ petition."

4. With the above clarifications, this writ miscellaneous petitions is clarified. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after making necessary corrections.
