Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further order passed in Crl.O.P.No.5384 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BOMMURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.5384 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for the past 15 days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the presence of the petitioner is required for the completion of the investigation. Hence, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before Investigating Officer on every Monday and Friday at 10.30. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
