O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 13 and others for illegally demolishing the petitioner's property comprised in Re-survey No. 99/08, Cadastre Nos. 63 and 64, Konda Reddy Palayam Village, Mannadipet 2/5

Commune, Thirukanur, Puducherry, in violation of the judgement and decree passed in O.S. No. 415 of 2003, dated 06.02.2014, on the file of the Principal Sub-Judge, Puducherry.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first to third respondents submitted that, while the Writ Petition was pending, an FIR has been registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in Crime No. 29 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 427, 451, and 149 of IPC. After completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was filed and the same is pending for taking cognizance on the file of the concerned jurisdiction Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
