This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.30944 of 2013 dated 09.12.2013, which required the respondent to file final report in Crime No.63 of 2009 within a period of one month.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that charge sheet has been filed on the file of Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases on 14.12.2015, but the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Taking note of the the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that in compliance with the order of this Court, charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases on 14.12.2015, but the same is yet to be taken on file and finding that though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet has been filed in this case. This petition shall stand closed.
