ORDER

This Court, by an interim order dated 22.04.2016 in W.P.No.15010 of 2016, directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2015 seeking to survey the patta land in Survey No.37/3A in Panamarathipatti Village, Krishnagiri District, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the necessary parties, if any and pass appropriate orders / take appropriate action, on

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

2.Now, alleging non-compliance of the said order of this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 16.09.2016 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same is closed.
