ORDER

Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that pending the above writ petition, the third respondent has issued the equivalence certificate as prayed for by the petitioner and it was also approved by the first respondent. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitiner submits that there is nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Recording such submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is therefore closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
