ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Petitioner, mother of the detenu Jeeva aged 16 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of her son before this Court and to set him at liberty.

Today, the detenu Jeeva is produced before this Court by the respondent. Petitioner is also present before us. On interaction with the detenu Jeeva, we are informed that he left the house on his own, due to fear on account of tough subjects in the examinations. He further stated that having realised of his wrong decision in coming out of house, he went back home and he is appearing before this Court along with his mother. He also stated that he wants to go along with his mother, petitioner herein and pursue his education. The said submission of the detenue is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
