When the matter was listed for hearing on 06.07.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, in order to give one opportunity, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 10.07.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today also, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.4811 of 2018 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
