The petitioner who is arrayed as A1 in S.C.No.104 of 2016 now pending before the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Cuddalore, seeks bail. 2.Originally, Crime No.12 of 2016 had been registered by the respondent Police under Sections 302, 354(A) and 302 r/w 34 of IPC. 3.A perusal of the record shows that Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 07.12.2019 and it was executed only on 05.04.2023. As a matter of fact, the other accused had also alternatively absented from appearing before the Court necessitating issuance of Non Bailable Warrant. 4.It is stated that the matter is now posted today for examination of Investigating Officer.
