2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the detenu is an accused in Crime No.112 of 2018 in respect of the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 336, 427, 397 and 506(ii) I.P.C. and after remand, the detenu has also been released on bail.
