When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that, the impugned enquiry notice dated 02.03.2022 in Na.Ka.A4/508/2022 passed by the 1st respondent would no longer survives in view of the order passed in the petition filed by the 2nd respondent and therefore, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survives for adjudication. He has also furnished the copy of the said order before this Court today.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ petition. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the order that has been passed in the manner known to law.
