This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 6 days in filing this appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.15581 of 2023. 2.The 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice is dispensed with. 3.The 2nd respondent has been served with notice and the name of the 2nd respondent has also been printed in the cause list.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 6 days is condoned.
