ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to
consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 submitted to the 5th respondent seeking pay fixation and Pension and to grant all other benefits by extending the benefit of the G.O.Ms.No.143 dated 30.01.1987.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation on 22.06.2015 before the fifth respondent seeking fixation of Time Scale of Pay, considering the service rendered by her in the 6 th to 8 th respondent's school, however, the said representation of the petitioner was kept pending without passing any order nor any communication was made to the petitioner about her representation.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 would submit that the process would be expedited and the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. In view of the above, the respondent Nos.1 to 5 are directed to consider
the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. K.SURENDER, J.
