This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner as of now on the file of the respondent and the respondent is not harassing the petitioner.
3. It is made clear that since there is no complaint against the petitioner, the respondent shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
