CMP.Nos. 5525, 5527 & 5533 of 2025 in S.A.SR.Nos. 30283 , 30166 & 30135 of 2025 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI.J., This Court, by earlier order dated 28.04.2025, allowed these miscellaneous petitions filed seeking to condone the delay of 341 days in preferring the respective second appeals, on condition that, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- in total and posted the matter today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2025 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to number the second appeals if it is otherwise in order and list the main cases for admission during 1st week of October.

4. Registry shall print the name of Mr.K.A.Ravindran, learned counsel for R3 & R4 in the respective second appeals.
