O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to file final report in Crime No.352 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent police station.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner entered into a rental agreement with one Balasubramaniam to let out his property in D.No.60/2, Kannankuruchi Main Road, "Chandran Gardens", Chinnathirupathi Post, Salem District on 01.09.2012 for doing fish vending business for a monthly rent of Rs.5,000/- and the agreement was subsequently renewed. Based upon the rental agreement dated 01.10.2014, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

demanded rent from the said Balasubramanian, but he gave evasive reply and did not pay the rent. Now the said Balasubramanian is no more and his legal heirs / the second and third respondents herein, are doing fish business, but not paying the rent to the petitioner. In this connection, the petitioner preferred a complaint to the first respondent police and the same is pending on the file of the first respondent Police Station in Crime No.352 of 2019. With the above background, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the first respondent police to file final report within a stipulated time frame.

3.Mrs.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the first respondent.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.352 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent police station, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
