3. Mr.P.Velmani, Inspector of Police, E-1, Mylapore Police Station (Crime), Chennai is present before this Court.

4. On instruction, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has been filed before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai - 15 in Crime No.1894 of 2012 on 12.10.2015 for an offence under Section 420 I.P.C.
