The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner has been complying with the orders passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the de facto complainant is present and would submit that the petitioner is paying monthly maintanence to the de facto complainant; that he is not paying the school fees for the child; that sofar, the de facto complainant has paid an amount of Rs.70,000/- towards the school fees and that the petitioner has today handed over the child's passport to her.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid amount towards the child's school fees would be credited to the de facto complainant's account in due course. 5.

The submission of the learned Senior Counsel is recorded. The de facto complainant shall inform the petitioner in advance, the exact amount of the school fees to be paid. The petiitoner shall credit the said amount without fail into the account of the de facto complainant. 2/4
