This criminal original petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.297 of 2024 in Spl.S.C.No.228 1/3
of 2022 dated 28.02.2024 dismissing the application filed under Section 311 of CrPC to recall P.W.1 for further cross examination. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.In the considered view of this Court, the Court below has given very detailed reasons as to why the application cannot be entertained and this Court does not have any infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below warranting interference. This Court does not find any merits in this petition.
