ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed with a limited prayer for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the pending application dated 26.3.2015 seeking re-assessment under Section 22(6)(a) of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006.

2. Mr.V.Haribabu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going to the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein to consider the pending application dated 26.3.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law with regard to the re-assessment under Section 22(6)(a) of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
