The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to disburse the balance gratuity amount of Rs. 2,03,424/- by considering the representations dated 27.09.2017, 05.03.2018, 21.01.2019, 26.02.2019, 19.06.2019, 09.09.2019 and 26.11.2019 made by the Petitioner in that regard. 2.

It is informed by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has received a sum of Rs. 2,03,424/- by Cheque No. 764583 dated 11.06.2020 towards his Gratuity and he has also made endorsement to that effect in the court record.
