ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 353, 435 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.35 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. On an earlier occasion, when the matter came for consideration on 15.03.2022, this Court has recorded the reason and dismissed the same. This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and this Court finds no change of circumstances in this matter, wherein the petitioner had attacked the Government Servant ie., Village Administrative Officer, who questioned their act of illegal mining using JCB.
