(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to implead the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, represented its Registrar, and the Controller of Examinations, Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, as respondents 7 and 8 in the writ petitions.

2. Mr.R.Imayavaramban, learned counsel appearing on behalf of M/s.Ramalingam Associates, takes notice on behalf of the proposed respondents and has no objection for impleading the proposed respondents as respondents 7 and 8 in the writ petitions.

3. In view of the no objection given by learned counsel for respondents 7 and 8 and satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, W.M.P.Nos.7764 and7773

of 2023 are allowed. The proposed respondents are impleaded as respondents 7 and 8 in the writ petitions.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petitions.
