This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent Police to investigate and file final report in FIR No.371/2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No. 371 of 2014 has been registered by the third respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
