Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the respondent in Letter No.40736/Pay Cell/2014-4 dated 17.08.2015 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to pay arrears of subsistence allowance by adding Dearness Allowance (merger) with interest and thereby revise the pensionary benefits of the petitioner.
