O R D E R
This contempt case has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 25.08.2015 passed in W.P.No.26402 of 2015.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings bearing R.No.001751/MP1/S3/2020 dated 31.12.2020 purported to be an order passed on considering the claim of the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court, duly serving a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner. He also further submitted that a copy of the said proceedings dated 31.12.2020 has already been communicated to the petitioner as early as on 04.02.2021.
3. In the light of the above, though there appears to be some delay in complying with the order passed by this Court, the respondents have already passed orders as early as in the year 2020. Hence, this Court is not inclined to continue the contempt proceedings any further.
4. In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the proceedings dated 31.12.2020, in case if he is aggrieved by the same. No costs. 03.09.2024 skr Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order
