ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 9A r/w 25A, 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act in CC.No.1841 of 2025 1/4

pending on the file of the learned II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act in connection with Cr.No.439 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the respondent police has filed the final report before the learned II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act and the same has been taken on file in CC.No.1841 of 2025 and the summon has been issued to the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the trial Court has taken cognizance of the matter and only summons have been issued, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court after receipt of summons, since there is no apprehension of arrest as on today, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
