petitioner in various hospitals in the light of the earlier order passed by the Hon'ble Court in WP.No.11312 of 2013 dated 19.04.2013. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The order of transfer is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. Pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of compulsory retirement which is also under challenge in another writ petition. In view of the subsequent award of punishment, no effective orders can be passed for interfering with the transfer order.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
